If you have any complaints, you can contact us in writing using the following e-mail address: beschwerde@ecclesia-gruppe.de or the indicated mailing address or by telephone: +49 5231 603-8997. We will confirm receipt of your complaint in writing upon receipt.

The time required to deal with your complaint will depend on the circumstances; if a prompt reply is not possible, we will inform you of the underlying reasons and when the investigation is likely to be completed.

Arbitration board

The Ecclesia Group is strongly committed to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with our contractual relationship amicably. We are obliged to take part in extrajudicial settlement of disputes before the Arbitration Boards of
